Shipping policy

Pre-made products are shipped within 2 business days. Regular shipments are made via Canada Post. 

Custom-made, custom-order items are shipped within 15 business days of the order date, subject to the availability of the custom blank. Regular shipments are made via Canada Post.

Downloadable DIY files are available for download immediately after receipt of the payment. The download speed will depend on the customer's service provider.
